  • Combine cranberries, cinnamon stick, all sugars and OJ in non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to slow roll, stirring every 5 minutes (very important).
  • After 15 minutes, add nutmeg and ginger.
  • Cook until thick and chunky.
