Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts


  1. Trim the sprouts and cut a cross in the base of each one with a sharp knife. Place in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Spray a large frying pan with oil and add the chestnuts and sprouts. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. Season well and serve.
