we love bruscetta and it's done in many ways this is something that put toghether for my taste
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 1 bunch basil
- black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 cup virgin olive oil
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- dice onions and tomatoes in small pices,add salt pepper,oregano, olive oil chop basil.
- mix well refridgerate for 10 minutes.
- slice bread in 1/2inch slices toast lightly.
- one tablespoon of bruscetta mix per slice.
super recipe but I added garlic to it
