Directions

  1. Mix first four ingredients in shallow baking dish.
  2. Add fish and turn to coat.
  3. Cover dish tightly and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
  4. Prehead broiler.
  5. Remove fish from marinade.
  6. Broil until just opaque in the center, about three minutes per side.
