Years ago a co worker gave me this recipe.It's great as a side dish with grilled meats or sometime I add cooked chicken or shrimp for a light lunch.The original recipe called for cucumber dressing but it's next to impossible to find,I now use Ranch .Sometimes I use Italian dressing to change things up.Anyway you make it, it's a great salad

  1. Chop broccoli, tomaoes,cucumbers and carrots into bitesize piecesUse small size olives or cut in half,slice red onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. .Chill at least 4 hrs or overnight.
