- 295.73 ml buttermilk (or 5 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder and 1 1/4 cups water)
- 22.18 ml butter or 22.18 ml margarine
- 44.37 ml brown sugar
- 473.18 ml whole wheat flour
- 236.59 ml bread flour
- 29.58 ml oat bran
- 78.78 ml rolled oats
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1.23 ml baking soda
- 14.79 ml caraway seed
- 44.37 ml raisins
- 9.85 ml active dry yeast
directions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
