  • Preheat oven to 250 Fahrenheit.
  • Keep half of red cherries and pecans for top.
  • Make the batter first and then put in the fruit.
  • Add one half cup of warm water and mix.
  • Add batter to angel food pan lined with buttered-both-sides parchment paper.
  • Bake at 250 Fahrenheit for 4 hours.
