- I would grate the apple and onion to get very fine.
- Mix all ingredients together and press into a ring mold.
- Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
- Drain off excess fat and unmold while still hot.

<p>Wow. need to update this! Not doing the daycare anymore. Had to have surgery on both my feet for corrections and had to give up the kids. That was a few yrs ago. Now I'm taking care of Mom whose in assisted living since Dad died 2 yrs ago.</p>
<p>Still love southern food; Italian food; have several bbq's in the summer and they go on into the wee hrs of the morning.</p>
