Breakfast Burritos

"Here in the southwest, this is a VERY inexpensive breakfast, serving 16 people for about $15 - or $.95/person! It's very robust in flavor, and it's one of my family's favorites. Prep time is a little longer if you don't buy your cheese shredded."

I'm a stay-at-home mom in Arizona. To earn a little side money, I promote lingerie at private home showings. My favorite cookbook is the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I inherited my grandmother's, and it's been a mainstay in my home. I love to try new recipes, but I have a lot of limitations as far as my husband's allergies (nuts, citrus, melons). I love recipes that let me sneak veggies into the kids without their knowledge!
