  • Add remaining milk, cognac and pudding mix.
  • Beat slowly just until well mixed. Pour into crust.
  • Chill 1 hour.
  • Arrange peach slices attractively on cheese filling.
  • Heat jelly and additional cognac together.
  • Pour over peach slices.
  • Chill.
