Bombay Salad

ingredients
- 473.18 ml sour cream
- 35.43 g package dry onion soup mix
- 3 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 2 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- lemon juice, to taste
- curry powder, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 4 hours for flavors to marry and onion bits soften.
- Serve on a bed of chopped lettuce with sliced tomatoes and ripe black olives.
