REFRESHING and HEALTHY! This parfait may be your breakfast, light lunch or a snack. Pretty, creamy and delicious! Another fruit (fresh or frozen) may be substituted. Easy and quickly prepared.
- 1 cup creme vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup granola cereal
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup Cool Whip
- In tall glass layer yogurt, granola and blueberries. Repeat. Top with cool whip.
