Blue Cheese Butter

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup real butter, room temperature
• 1⁄4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

directions

1. Mix butter and blue cheese together and transfer to wax paper.
2. Roll into log and twist ends tightly.
3. Refrigerate until hard, and cut into rounds to top steaks.
