  • Heat wine and cream cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
  • Add Monterey Jack cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
  • Blend in blue cheese. When smooth, add kirsch.
  • Serve with dippers of French bread, fresh fruit or vegetables.
