- 1 (15 ounce) can fat free black beans, with juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- cayenne, hot sauce (I like it spicy) (optional)
directions
- In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients together.
- Serve with lowfat tortilla chips, crackers or wedges of pita bread.

Very good and easy. I like bean dips because they are high in fiber and low in calories. I drained and rinsed the beans. I think it would have been too runny if I hadn't. Only used one clove of garlic and just enough salt to taste. Only problem was--there wasn't enough. Will double the recipe next time.
