- 4 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small purple onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- black pepper, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- 1 pinch cumin
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Serve chilled.
