We went a little smoothie crazy this summer. It was fun coming up with all sorts of different ideas and names. What's black and blue and red all over?
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberry yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups ice
- Place all ingredients into blender, cover, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
This is a wonderful smoothie! Made it today for myself and my children - it's 81* outside and they came in hot and sweaty to find a refreshing surprise - we all enjoyed it very much! Thanks for posting! Made for Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap.
I used a frozen mix of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries so left out the ice like another reviewer. This was a great snack.
This was a delicious treat after the gym. I used frozen mixed berries, so I left out the ice, but otherwise following the recipe. Really tasty and a great way to get your fruit and calcium in. Thanks for sharing!
