i have twice tried to make cookies w/ cornflakes and both time they turn soggy and chewy and not very fun to eat. this cookie was no exception.. the cookie was good but the flakes were not. i subbed walnuts for the coconut and threw in some reeses pieces. that was really good i really liked the texture the walnuts gave it. i also used wheat flour. the cookie tasted pretty good besides the tough chewiness of the flakes.. maybe that is how it is suppose to be and i just dont like it. i was expecting a crunch. thanks for a new exp.
