This is another one of my cousin Bevie's recipes that I started making when I was first married. It is a true Comfort Casserole.
- 3⁄4 lb ham
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- Slice potatoes & ham.
- Boil potatoes until half done.
- Place in baking dish in layers.
- Bake at 375* with lid on for 1 hour.
- Then bake 15 minutes with lid off.
