ingredients
- 907.18 g round steaks, cubed
- flour (to coat steak)
- salt and pepper (to coat steak)
- 29.58-44.37 ml oil
- 0.25 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 ml hot pepper sauce
- 0.25 ml garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 118.29 ml red wine
- 411.06 g can stewed tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 59.14 ml parsley, chopped
- 2-3 carrots, sliced
- 5 medium new potatoes, quartered
- 113.39 g can sliced mushrooms
- 236.59 ml frozen peas
- 1 whole clove
- 709.77 ml water
- salt and pepper
directions
- Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper mixture; brown in oil.
- Place in crock pot and add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 8-10 hours on low.

Simpley delish! You couldn't ask for an easier meal to put together. Totally fix it and forget it! I used sirloin steak. made exactly as stated. Everyone was full from one bowl.
