- 946.36 ml hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta)
- 4.92 ml dark sesame oil
- 14.79 ml peanut oil
- 14.79 ml minced peeled fresh ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 709.77 ml chopped broccoli
- 354.88 ml vertically sliced onions
- 453.59 g flank steak, trimmed and cut across the grain into long, thin strips
- 44.37 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 29.58 ml brown sugar
- 14.79 ml oyster sauce
- 14.79 ml chili paste with garlic
directions
- Combine pasta and sesame oil, tossing well to coat.
- Heat peanut oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and onion; sauté 3 minutes.
- Add steak, and sauté 5 minutes or until done.
- Add pasta mixture, soy sauce, and remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute or until lo mein is throughly heated, stirring constantly.

WOW!!! I made it for PAC Spring 2007 and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love it. One of the most tastier dishes I have ever made. So simple and so few ingredients. I omitted the sesame oil and used olive oil instead of the peanut oil. I follow the rest of the instucions and the result was Excellent!!! We all enjoyed so much. Thanks ajena for posting! It a total keeper!
