  • Place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
  • pull out
  • turn oven down to 300.
  • stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.
  • cover and return to oven
  • cook for hour per pound
  • pull out, allow to cool and slice.
