- 2 lbs French fries (Julienne style made from Idaho Russet Potatoes)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Whisk together all seasonings in a small bowl.
- Place cut potatoes in a large Ziploc bag. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour seasoning mixture over top and seal tightly. Shake until seasoning mixture is distributed evenly throughout and fries are covered.
- Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
