Great tasting and easy to make salad dressing.
- 2⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in jar or salad dressing container.
- Cover tightly, shake, and refrigerate!
This makes a light, refreshing salad dressing. I did reduce the amount of salt for personal taste. Made for *PAC Spring 2009*
