These can be assembled ahead of time, covered and refrigerated before cooking. This was originally on Land O' Lakes web site but as usual have made a few changes.
- 8 (6 ounce) chicken breast halves
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into (1x1x1/2)
- 16 slices bacon
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce

- Make slit in each chicken breast half to form a pocket.

- Continue baking for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
oh I loved this chicken recipe. I must admit that I lost the recipe and have only just found it again. I made it for lunch for my mother and she loved it.
