Barbecue Sausages


  1. Grill sausages until browned and leave to cool a little.
  2. Place cheese slices on bacon rashers and roll around sausages, one per sausage. Secure with cocktail sticks and return to grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is cooked.
  3. To make sauce, heat oil in saucepan, add onions and saute until softened. Stir in the sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, parsley, and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with sausages.
