- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 0.5 (6 ounce) can beer
directions
- Mix the barbecue sauce and beer in a Ziplock baggie.
- Add your desired meat (I've only tried with chicked) to the bag and seal.
- Refridgerate at least 24 hours.
- Grill meat and enjoy!

I halved the recipe, marinated 1/2 chicken overnight, and cooked it on the grill. Very moist and tender, definitely a keeper. I'll be using this for OAMC next summer, preparing grilled chicken breasts and storing the cooked breasts individually wrapped in the freezer. Made for PAC Fall '07. Thanks for a winner KCK3.
