  2. Shake the ribs in this mixture.
  3. Brown ribs in hot oil.
  4. Mix water with remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over ribs.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
  8. Add water if necessary while cooking.
