Bananas or Pineapple With Yogurt

Delicious! A great dish with which to become creative. The computer won't allow me to post fresh pineapple slices instead of the bananas

  1. Turn on broiler.
  2. Arrange banana slices in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cardamon or cinnamon and dot with butter.
  4. Douse with rum.
  5. Broil 2-3 mins or until top is bubbly.
  6. Serve with vanilla yogurt and vanilla.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  8. Garnish, if desired.
  9. Enjoy it is delicious!
