    I have to say this is a Great tasting Banana pudding. I usually just make a classic pudding, but after trying this, I think I've found my signature recipe. I got this recipe out of a Family cookbook.

    Directions:

      In a large mixing bowl beat milk & pudding mix with an electric mixer on low speed about 2 minutes, or until thickened.

      In a small bowl stir together 1 cup of the pudding and sour cream.
    3. 3
      Fold Sour Cream mixture and dessert topping into remaining pudding.
    4. 4
      In 3 quart rectangular baking dish layer half of the vanilla wafers and half bananas.

      Top with half of the pudding mixture.

      Repeat layers.

      Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

      NOTE:*The longer you refrigerate, the better! I prefer overnight*.
