Healthy, wheat free, dairy free cookies


  1. Pre-heat oven to 175c
  2. mash baananas & finely chop the dates.
  3. mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & leave to stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a non stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. store in an airtight container & eat within 2 days.

I am on the hunt for ideas to cut out any fat/calories in my baking and this fit the bill perfectly! I put the oatmeal in my magic bullet to make a flour and added a little vanilla extract. they are very yummy and I especially love that I got to use up my dates! even my 11 month old loves these. simple and good.
