Rich, flavorful banana bread recipe. If you would like you could add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of your choice of crushed nuts. My recommendation would be macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, or walnuts. Another suggestion would be to consider adding another fruit such as blueberries, cranberries, or apples. Use 1/2 cup.

  2. 3/4 cup sugar.
  3. Then add: 3 ripe bananas (mashed well).
  4. 1/4 cup yogurt.
  5. 1 egg.
  6. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl then pour banana mixture in:.
