- 414.03 ml flour
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 3.69 ml salt
- 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 157.80 ml white sugar
- 59.14 ml water
- 236.59 ml banana, mashed
- 118.29 ml nuts, chopped (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 4 dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl beat together oil, sugar and water.
- Add flour mix to wet mix and add bananas.
- Stir in nuts (optional) and blend well.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour or until done.
- Cool in pan at least 15 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator.
