"My cousin Louise makes this and it is always welcomed at gatherings. Great blend of flavors and can be used on any of your salad choices."

• 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 3 -4 garlic cloves, mashed
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
