Balsamic Roast Beef


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; rub roast with
  2. garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 2 minutes per side or until browned.
  4. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  5. Stir in broth, wine, vinegar and onion.
  6. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or until tender.
