Balsamic Glazed Asparagus

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper; place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400F oven for 8-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half and syrup-like, about 5 minutes.
- Place roasted asparagus in serving dish; drizzle with the vinegar reduction. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.

I’ve made this a few times. I think 8 to 10 min is a little to long. But we like a bit of a bite to ours. The second time, I made in my air fryer for 3 minutes. It was perfect. The other time for 4 min in the oven. Balsamic glaze & asparagus is amazing. I do admit on buying my glaze. It’s just easier. Thanks.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
