  • Prepare the fish for baking (or grilling) by seasoning with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Bake in 375 degree oven until cooked and flaky - about 6-8 minutes.
  • MIx together all relish ingredients.
  • Serve fish on four plates with 1/4 of relish mixture on each.
  • Enjoy!
