    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Cook rigatoni.

      Drain.
    3. 3
      Brown ground beef.
    4. 4
      Drain grease.

      Mix ground beef, spaghetti sauce, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella.

      cheese and ricotta cheese together with rigatoni noodles.
    7. 7
      Pat mixture in a 13" x 9" pan.
    8. 8
      Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.

      Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top.

      Cover with foil.

      Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

      This was a good basic dish that was really easy to make. The ricotta in particularly was a nice touch. But the overall flavor was pretty mild, and we thought it would benefit from some seasoning, maybe a bit of fresh basil, oregano or parsley maybe. Otherwise, this is a great dish.
