Topping
- 59.14 ml whole wheat flour
- 157.80 ml rolled oats
- 59.14 ml Splenda brown sugar blend or 59.14 ml sucanat
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 0.61 ml salt
- 59.14 ml canola oil

Filling
- 6 medium pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 14.79 ml grated fresh ginger or 4.92 ml ginger powder
- 29.58 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 22.18 ml whole wheat flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine topping ingredients until well mixed and crumbly. Set aside.
- Combine pears, lemon juice, ginger, splenda and flour.
- Spread this fruit mixture over bottom of baking pan.
- Sprinkle fruit with topping.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until pears are tender.
