I made this tonight. I rarely make fish because I dont eat it but my wife loves fish. It was really good and I highly recommend it. I bought a fresh caught halibut (as fresh as can be for Chicago area) and followed the recipe (for a portion of 1) and my wife said it was restaurant quality so I had to have a bite and it was exactly that- restaurant quality. Awesome. Only thing I did differently was to add more parm (which I freshly shaved) and then muddled the corn flakes, salt & parm together. Highly recommend this super simple recipe.

  1. Combine crumbs, cheese and salt.
  2. Dip filets in combined eggs and milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
  3. Place in greased 9X13" pan and bate at 425 degrees fo 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  4. Serves six.
