  • 1 lb olive
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 -2 slice citrus zest

  • Pile everything in the middle of a foil packet and seal.
  • Bake in a 350 oven until heated thru.
  • Open foil up and enjoy.

  1. I selected this to make for *PAC Spring 2008* because I really enjoy Rachael Ray recipes. The Rachael Ray recipe I found on line was quite different from this version. The recipe called for several strips of orange and lemon peel as well as crushed red pepper flakes and fennel seeds. I made the spicier version and the olives quickly disappeared.

She is truly my dearest friend and kindred sister. Alot of people on Zaar think we are actually sisters and I take that as a compliment. She lives down South and that happens to be one of my favorite areas.</p>
