We use this on grapefruit when they're out of season and not as sweet. Great for serving with brunches too.
- Slice grapefruits in half and section them.
- Sprinke each with 1 Tbs brown sugar. Place a cherry in the middle.
- Place in a cake pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
- Can also cook them in the microwave for 4-5 minutes instead.
