  • Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, curry powder, cornflour, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake to combine. Add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking rack.
  • Cook the wings in the preheated oven 40 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Do not over cook.

  1. Pretty much followed the recipe to a T, but added a bit of onion powdered. They were pretty good. My dh really liked them so 4 stars.
     
  2. Turned out great! I used some cayenne as well as a dash of onion powder too. My kids who don't like traditional fried chicken wings actually loved these!

Oh WOW chicken wings that pack a punch and are moist and delicious could not be better - I did have 1 :oops: moment in that I added 1 teaspoon of chili powder (mixed it up with the paprika) but didn't realize until I mixed the wings in to the spice mix but I did have 12 wings so the mix spread out well and all worked out well in the end. I baked the wings on a rack (lined tray with alfoil) for 60 minutes at 165C fan forced. Thank you to Mikekey for the recommendation, made for I Recommend Tag Game.
