Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (or chicken breasts)
  • 4 teaspoons scampi, spice blend (Scampi spice blend (Wildtree Scampi Blend)
  • 2 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup water or 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 12 cups rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Pour ingredients into pan. Add 1 cup water or chicken broth and bake for 45 minutes.
  2. Serve over rice cooked according to package direction.
