Baked Artichoke Parmesan Dip

"This appetizer packs a punch due to the extra parmesan and the garlic salt. I whip this with the flat beater until it's light and fluffy in my KitchenAid mixer . . . . makes for a great texture!! Best served with crackers or sliced baguette."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients, except dill weed, in mixer.
  • Place in 8 x 8 baking dish or similar.
  • Sprinkle with dill weed.
  • Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
