ingredients
- 0.83 lb condensed milk
- 3 1⁄2 cups chocolate chips
- 1⁄3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
directions
- Line a 12x6 bar pan or slice pan with baking paper.
- Heat the condensed milk carefully.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave 30 second bursts, stirring after each burst so it doesn't burn. Add to the condensed milk and then mix in Baileys.
- Pour into your lined bar pan and set--leave to cool at room temp or if very warm were you live pop into the fridge to set.
- Cut into pieces and watch it disappear.
- We serve at the cafe with hot chocolate and moccachino--great gift wrapped and given for presents.

Mine also turned out runny but realised after day in fridge waiting for it to set I'd only put 1cup c/c in. Made no odds I used it as choc. sauce on our icecream was delicious. Will make it properly next time but will also make as sauce again I find I cant stop eating it!!!!!!! Many thanks for recipe.

Great flavor and texture! I followed Denise's lead and nuked the milk and chocolate together in 30 second bursts, adding the Bailey's at the end. I used half Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips and half Ghir. bittersweet chips to cut the sweetness. Even though I'm not too partial to fudge (I'm just always looking for quick and easy holiday treats), I thought this was great!

I was raised in Liverpool England, English Mum & French Dad what a combo for a chef, Liverpool known for humour and French for food lol how could I go wrong as over the yrs I have needed that humour for sure, I am well travelled and have been a chef for many yrs, I know live in NZ and I am a partner in a successful deli / cafe Called wait for it "O'Bite Me" Like it?
