Bacon, Potato and Cabbage
- 3 slices bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 ounces potatoes, diced
- 1⁄4 small cabbage, cut into pieces
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Cook the bacon until done. Drain off the bacon grease. Add potatoes and cover skillet with a lid to cook the pototoes quicker. When potatoes are almost done, add the onion and cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Cover. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
