  • 3 slices bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 3 ounces potatoes, diced
  • 14 small cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook the bacon until done. Drain off the bacon grease. Add potatoes and cover skillet with a lid to cook the pototoes quicker. When potatoes are almost done, add the onion and cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Cover. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
