  • 1 ripen avocado (1 seeded and peeled, coped)
  • 1 pinch cardamom (1)
  • 150 g sugar cubes (150gms)
  • 25 g raisins (25gms)
  • 5 almonds (5diced)
  • 5 cashews (5 fried in butter)
  • butter
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (1 teaspoon)
  • yellow food coloring

directions

  • Take the sugar cubes in to a bowl,add little water and heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Add cardamom powder ,yellow food colour and raisins to it.
  • Put off the flame and add avocado pieces.
  • Season with almonds,cashews, and ghee.
  • Serve hot or cool.
