Avocado and Sprout Sandwiches

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices of hearty bread (whole grain, wheat)
  • avocado, slices
  • tomatoes, slices
  • 2 slices cheese (use your favorite)
  • 5 ounces sunflower sprouts (or any vegetable sprouts)
  • red onion, slices


  1. Layer the ingredients on one slice of bread, top with the other slice, cut and eat.

I did use some mayo, as it was a tad dry, but other tan that is was really yummy!Thanks for posting!
