This is a simply delicious way to welcome the Fall! This chili is a light version of the classic comfort food but it's not light on taste.

  1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium high heat and brown ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add red wine, cumin and chili seasoning packet. Combine and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, green pepper and onion. Saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add can of stewed tomatoes and hot sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
  6. Serve chili in small bowl or cup. Top with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese.
